Patricia Elizabeth Schuhardt

Patricia Elizabeth (Palmer) Schuhardt, 85, of Coventry, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the Alpine Nursing Home. Born in Westerly on June 28, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Walter E. Palmer and the late Mary E. (McElroy) Kreyssig.

Pat left school after the eighth grade and went to work at the Warner Brothers factory in Ashaway. She was employed there until her marriage to Larry Schuhardt.
Pat was always fun loving and soft hearted. One of her favorite things was playing rummy. She loved country music and John Wayne. Pat also enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and would always remark on what Vanna was wearing.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Deborah L. Baton; a grandson Zachery Baton; her siblings Beatrice Palmer, Edwin Palmer, and Kenneth Palmer; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jacqueline Schuhardt and her Son-in-Law Glenn Baton, along with her siblings Monna Morgan, Roma Reynolds, Edward Palmer, William Palmer, Daniel Palmer, Emerson Palmer, and Russell Palmer.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at S.R. Avery Funeral Home 3A Bank St., Hope Valley, RI. Social distancing guidelines and other public health directives (i.e., use of facemasks) will be in place with an indoor capacity limit of 50.

Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
