Marie L. Varin

Marie L. Varin of 4 Kreyssig Drive Hope Valley, RI passed away peacefully on October 22, 2018, surrounded by her family.  Born on March 21, 1921 in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Thomas LaNinfa and Angelina LaNinfa. She had three siblings Thomas LaNinfa ,Raymond LaNinfa, and Frederic LaNinfa. Marie was married to Arthur Varin and had two children, Thomas Varin and Donna Varin.

Marie loved to sew, crochet and do all types of crafts. When she was younger and living in Florida, she was a very active member of her church and community.  She also enjoyed traveling with her husband Arthur Varin. She was a huge Red Sox and Patriots fan. Even in her old age would yell at the at the players on the TV or anyone that interrupted her watching them, especially baseball.  

She is survived by her daughter Donna M. Finch, her grandchildren Paul T. Varin, Shelley A. Church, Jason Varin, Christopher M. Finch; and great-grandchildren Stephan N Church, Jody L. Church Jr., Willow Finch, Michael W. Finch, Gabriel Finch and Atticus Finch.
 
She lived a long happy beautiful 97 years on this Earth and will be missed.
