Our beautiful Jasmine Marie Lachappelle, 34, passed away on July 09, 2021.
She is survived by her parents: Neil Wayne Walsh, married to Stephanie Walsh, currently residing in Florida; and Tracy Marie Brown DiPietro, married to Daniel Anthony DiPietro; currently residing in Alabama; her brother, Thomas Scott Walsh, married to Miriam Walsh, residing in Norwich, CT; and her sister Cassandra Mae Walsh, residing in Florida.
Jazzy, as she was called by those that loved her, also left behind two beautiful little girls, Zoe and Ava Lachappelle, of Westerly, RI.
She had two other biological daughters, whom she loved enough to place in a loving, stable home when they were born. Cayla and Sarah have been raised together, in the same family, in CT.
Other family members include her aunts and uncles: Erik Long, of South Carolina; Shawn Long of Georgia; twins Lizzy Long and Rebekah Long (celebrity musicians) of Lincolnton, Georgia, and Tennessee; and Raleigh Meldrum Long, of Lincolnton Georgia.
Her nieces and nephews include Gianna Maria DiPietro, Angelyn Walsh, and Isaac Walsh. Her aunts and uncles on the Walsh side include: Sheila Walsh, married to Mike Hodge; of Mystic, CT; Larry Walsh, married to Wendy, currently residing in RI; Her grandmother, Elizabeth Walsh, resides in Mystic; Jazzy was preceded in death by her grandfather, Earl Walsh. Jazzy attended Three Rivers College, in CT, for Occupational Therapy.
She loved to cook, read and sing, and was a gifted artist.
