Elizabeth J. Wilcox

Elizabeth J. "Betty" (Fitzgerald) Wilcox, 72, of Hope Valley, died on Saturday, March 12, 2011, at The Westerly Hospital. She was the loving wife of Donald H. Wilcox.
Born on Feb. 9, 1939 in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late John & Isa G. (Card) Fitzgerald.
Betty was a homemaker. She loved her flower beds, traveling and "Going Off."
Betty is survived by her husband of 47 years; her daughters Valerie H. Parenti and her husband Tom, Nancy J. Robinson and her husband William, and Mary E. Joslin and her husband James; and a son, John H. Wilcox - all of Hope Valley.
She also leaves her loving grandchildren Tyler, Jordan, James, Samantha, Zachery and Shannon.
Funeral Services will be held from the S.R. Avery Funeral Home, 3A Bank St., Hope Valley, on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in White Brook Cemetery, Carolina.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
