Donald Lee Lewis

Donald L. Lewis, 65, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He was a sincere and dedicated believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, and was the beloved husband of Brenda Kay (Snow) Lewis.

Besides his loving and devoted wife, he will be sadly missed by his children Sherry M. Reed, Tara E. Loya, and Daniel L Lewis; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Donald E. Lewis.

Born in Westerly, RI on May 18, 1956 he was the son of the late William E. and Shirley Ester (Thayer) Lewis. He leaves behind siblings Diane T. Card, William H. Lewis Jr, Bradley E. Lewis, David W. Lewis, and John A. Lewis. He was predeceased by his siblings Gary E. Lewis. Delma M. Barber, and Robert J. Lewis

Donald graduated from Chariho High School with the Class of 1974 and went on to attend Pillsbury Baptist Bible College.

Donald was employed as an Inside Sales Representative for Riverhead Building Supply and the former United Builders Supply for many years. He was an active member of the Wood River Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Don’s memory to the Wood River Baptist Church

A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Wood River Baptist Church, 246 Kingstown Rd, Richmond, RI.

Burial will follow in White Brook Cemetery, Pine Hill Rd, Carolina, RI.
