Victor J. DeLoge Jr.

Victor J. DeLoge, Jr. 76 of Main St. Hope Valley, RI died peacefully on Tuesday February 14, 2017. He was the beloved husband Anna (Pelchat) DeLoge.
Victor was born in Westerly on March 19, 1940 to Victor J. and Dorothy (Szponik) DeLoge.
Mr. DeLoge was a Truck Driver for over 55 years for the H.C. Woodmansee and Son Oil Co. in Hope Valley before his retirement. He was a lifetime member of the Hope Valley-Wyoming Fire Department and a Leader for the former Explorer- Post 90 for the Fire Department.
He will be sadly missed by his two children; Kevin J. DeLoge Sr. and his wife Kathy of Wood River Jct. and Debra Gaudlap of Hope Valley, RI. He was the grandfather of 7 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 8. He also leaves his sisters; Barbara Pelchat and Lucille Hartley.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Noon at the S.R. Avery Funeral Home, 3A Bank St. Hope Valley, RI. A calling hour will precede the service from 11-12. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Hope Valley, RI.
