Jason W. Fortune, 50 of West Greenwich, RI, died peacefully on Monday January 8, 2024 at South County Hospital.
Born in Westerly, RI on February 20, 1973 he was the beloved son of Wayne T. Fortune and Cheryl (Robar) Anderson.
Jason had been an Automobile Technician for many years before becoming disabled.
Besides his parents he will be sadly missed by his daughter, Kaitlyn Ward of Griwsold, CT. He was the loving grandfather of Patrick and Cade Ward. He also leaves his two sisters, April Lacas and Daisy Grandolfi, 6 nieces and nephews and several aunts and uncles.
His family will greet relatives and friends on Sunday January 14, 2024 from 2-5 pm at the S.R. Avery Funeral Home, 3A Bank St. Hope Valley, RI.
A graveside service will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at Pine Grove Cemetery, Fairview Ave. Hope Valley, RI.
