Gary A Jordan

Gary A. Jordan, 70 of Spring St. Hope Valley, RI died peacefully on March 3, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Lynn C. (Puzinas) Jordan.
Born in Westerly, RI on July 8, 1946 he was the son of the late Lester A. and Sheila (Breckenridge) Jordan
Gary worked at Foxwoods Resort Casino for many retiring as Record Retention Coordinator. He was a life member of the Hope Valley Wyoming Volunteer Fire Department and the Hope Valley Ambulance Squad.
Gary was an avid NASCAR fan and Civil War buff. He served his country proudly in the United States Airforce during the Vietnam Warl
Besides his loving wife of over 42 years he will be sadly missed by his two children; Jeremy A. Jordan and his wife Laura Gostin of Warwick, RI and Keri L. Jordan of Hope Valley, RI. He was the loving grandfather of Kyle L. Smith and Sydney N. Jordan-Cobble.
The Jordan family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday March 8, 2017 from 3-7 PM at the S.R. Avery Funeral Home, 3A Bank St. Hope Valley, RI. A service and burial with full military honors at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery will be held on a day and time to be announced.
