Eleanor M. Caswell

Eleanor M. (Stone) Caswell, 86, of Main St. Hope Valley, RI, died peacefully on Wednesday April 24, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Frank C. Caswell, Sr.
Born in South Kingstown, RI on August 8, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Charles Andre and Mattie Whitman (Clarke) Stone.
Eleanor was a dedicated US Postal Worker for over 35 years before retiring from the Hope Valley, RI Post Office.
Mrs. Caswell was a founding member of the Auxiliary to Hope Valley Ambulance and dedicated her time volunteering for many years.
Besides her loving and devoted husband of 70 years she will be sadly missed by her three children; Frank C. Caswell Jr. and his wife Fran, Richard W. Caswell and his wife Mary and Wendy Lynne Russell and her fiancée Ronald Richard. She was the loving grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 13. She was predeceased by her sisters and brothers.
A private family service and burial will be held at a later date.
